K-12 Fees

    • Lunch Duty fee is $100 per K-12 family.
    • Student Books & Activity fee is $150 per K-8 student.
    • Student Books & Activity fee is $200 per high school student.
    • High School Choir Tour fee is $400 per high school student.
    • (The only additional Pre-K fee is Registration (see below))

Service Hours, Grocery Cards

To help us keep our tuition rates low, each year we require parents of students in K-12th grade to support the school by:

  1. Working 40 service hours, and
  2. Purchasing $3,500 of grocery gift cards (Shop-Rite, A&P, Stop & Shop) as a fundraiser. 

Families that can not assist in any or all of these ways must pay the additional fee(s) as outlined below.  This fee is added to the family’s total tuition at the beginning of the year, or added at the end, if necessary.  (Families that have students only in Pre-K are not required to provide service hours or purchase grocery cards.)

Registration Fee, Payment Plans & Discounts (Pre-K – 12)

Registration Fee (Pre-K – 12)

A registration fee is due at the time of registration, as follows, for returning families:

For new families, the registration fee is $500, due at the time of registration.

Down Payment

A 5% down-payment is due at the time of registration.

Tuition Payment Plans

  1. 12 month – Total tuition may be paid over a period of 12 months (July-June) or semi-annually, through the FACTS Tuition Management.
  2. Semi-annual – All tuition paid in full semi-annually (½ by July 5 and ½ by Jan 5) will receive a 2% discount on the total annual tuition, excluding fees.
  3. Annual – All tuition paid in full by July 1 of the school year will receive a 3% discount on the total annual tuition, excluding fees.

Alumni Discount

A $300 discount per family will be applied to your annual tuition if you are an alumni of Koinonia Academy.

Referral Bonus

A $300 discount will be applied to your annual tuition, if a new family enrolls due to your referral.  A referral form must have been submitted prior to any contact with the school.
